Complaint of a defective speaker system / speaker?

If you have a defect during the warranty on one of our ETON products, please contact us via the Service / Warranty tab. If your product is out of warranty, you can still submit a request to us via our contact form. Repair orders outside the warranty period will be charged. Please note that various damages to speakers, can not be repaired, so only a replacement helps.
