Which automatic on/off do I choose, SIG / DC or +12V Remote?

We recommend the use of the +12V remote input voltage, if this is possible. In modern vehicles or vehicles with the original head unit, this is usually no longer possible, so here should be switched to the DC monitoring at high-level tap. If the signal is tapped via RCA cable (low level), it is recommended to activate the SIG (signal detection). Almost all of our amplifiers have a switch-on detection (DC or SIG), therefore it is possible without an additional remote line that the amplifier switches on and off automatically. However, when installing the amplifier, check that the on/off switch detection works without any doubt. For more information, please refer to the respective operating instructions.
